2026 was the beginning.
The Festival was born.Young people responded.Elefantes Bay found a new energy.Now the next chapter begins.
The partnership
UPRA was connected to the first edition from the moment the vision needed trust, knowledge and mobilisation capacity. The partnership gave the Festival a tangible academic dimension and brought students closer to a real-world experience.
More than an institutional presence, there was real human involvement: students, lecturers, technicians and staff helped build a platform dedicated to youth, culture, sport, health, technology and territory.
Active student participation turned the Festival into a space for learning, shared experience, responsibility and contact with real challenges.
Support from health and emergency teams helped protect participants, teams and the community throughout the first edition.
The availability of the UPRA community strengthened essential operational areas before, during and after the Festival.
Collaboration in communication brought the project closer to the academic community and increased youth participation.
Technical knowledge and responsiveness contributed to the digital and technological resources required to deliver the event.
Lecturers, technicians, staff and students responded with closeness, initiative and commitment at a founding moment.
The academic community in motion
Travelling to Elefantes Bay was part of the learning process. The journey, shared experience and work in the field turned student participation into a memory shared by the UPRA community.
