ELEFANTES BAY is preparing to establish itself as a new strategic centrality for Angola and Africa - a future ecosystem built on education, culture, health, sport, tourism and sustainable development.
Symbolically inspired by National Heroes Day, the Festival is born with a contemporary, inclusive and future-facing language: celebrating the generation that inherited freedom and now has the challenge of building knowledge, innovating, protecting culture and projecting Africa to the world.

Institutional opening, presentation of the Olusegun Obasanjo Pan-African University Campus, primary school inauguration and launch of the University Polyclinic Centre.
10 km cross-country race, recreational activities, women's empowerment and the great night of contemporary African music under the stars of the Bay.
Beach Party, emerging talent showcase, diaspora encounters and a major Afro House Music night.
A ceremony inspired by National Heroes Day, cultural activation, main stage and closing sunset over the Bay.
